One of the biggest issues I face as a woman is stress. No matter how many things are going well in my life, there is always stress in some area. Since I know that I am not the only woman who faces this, I have decided to create a new web site to provide encouragement and stress relief to women of all ages. I plan to make it a one-stop resource for stress relief and stress management tools and ideas for women.

In the meantime, here’s a tip for the week: Manage stress by setting small manageable goals. When you accomplish one of the smaller goals, reward yourself by spending time doing something special just for yourself, something that you might not otherwise take the time to do.
